How to request deletion
Email enterprise support with company name, approximate submission dates, and incident or investigation IDs if known.
Scope
We delete matching records from operational incidents, investigations, failure intake, design-partner applications, and associated audit metadata references within 30 business days.
Confirmation
Written confirmation when deletion completes. Anonymized aggregate reports already generated are not retroactively rewritten.
Share links
Deleting an investigation invalidates the share token for future reads.
