Data retention

How long we retain operational debugging data during the design-partner program.

Foundational security controls for early design partners. We do not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or enterprise compliance certification.

Default retention

Operational incidents, investigations, failure intake, and design-partner applications: 24 months in private server-side JSON stores unless your agreement specifies otherwise.

Audit logs

Security audit metadata (endpoint, action, hashed actor id, classification, redaction count, success/failure) retained up to 12 months. No raw secrets or full trace payloads in audit entries when redaction applies.

Telemetry

Aggregated operational telemetry for product improvement — not raw trace export.

Backups

Hosted pilots: backups follow provider defaults. VPC/on-prem: retention is customer-controlled.
