Product security incidents

Report suspected abuse, data exposure, or vulnerability in operational APIs to enterprise support. Include timestamps and affected routes.

Customer production RAG incidents

Use the RAG failure debugger and investigation workflow for production retrieval failures — this product is debugging tooling, not your on-call paging system.

Response targets (pilot)

Acknowledgement within 2 business days for critical reports; triage within 5 business days. Formal SLAs are defined in enterprise agreements only.

Foundational status

We maintain a SOC 2 readiness roadmap but do not claim certified compliance. Pilots should run their own risk assessment.
